Staff behaviour is pathetic and also rooms are not clean especially toilets and bathrooms

They say breakfast is included in the room rent, but the time is fixed from 8 to 10 AM.. but if the entire hotel is booked and majority of customers wants to leave early.. they do not even entertain for at least 10 to 15 minutes early.

It had AC and fan options

Location was not good. Only one or two people spoke Tamil and English. Hard to communicate, find good food. The surrounding smelled so horrible. The mosquitos were relentless outside and inside the hotel rooms.

Had good parking space and clean room

Room size feels pretty small.

Even if it showed as a twin bed booking on arriving they didn't offer a twin bed and forced to either check for another hotel or book a seperate room there itself.

Liked: Staff very cooperative & supportive; they were very responsive. Especially the staff at the front desk, and the housestaff.

Did not like:1. The facility: claimed to be a 3 star hotel. The facilities clearly fall short. Will not stand up to any proper audit. At most a 1 star hotel, if that. 2. The buffet breakfast. For one, for a 3 star hotel that it claims to be, the options were very very limited. Secondly, the staff in the cafeteria were not letting us (for the most part) take the food ourselves, but asking us to be seated and they would serve us, we just needed to tell them what we wanted to have... hello, since when are customers in hotels asked to stay away from the buffet breakfast counters?? Being a diabetic, I was staying away from idlis. I wanted to have my breakfast only with vadas. The vadas were of the miniature variety. After I had 6 (bear in mind that those 6 miniature vadas were all I had for breakfast), and I asked for more, what I was told was :: Sorry sir, aap ko aur vada nahin de sakte.. vada itna hi hai, aur bhi to guests hai [.. we can't give you more vadas, we have only these vadas, and other guests are also there].I was stunned ... in all my 50 years, I have never seen customers being prevented from taking the food themselves, and worse, being told - you cannot have more of this food.Is this how a hotel treats its customers ??????

The location was perfect . The staff were superb with good hospitality skills. Very supportive

Size of the room was ok

Convenient check in and front ofc to address your queries.

Bed linen and towel were not so good. I had a itchy feeling.

Inside the room Comfortable bed and neat atmosphere.

Restroom is slippery. And it is a little uncomfortable on a slippery floor.

I went on tuesday morning around 5am, and i had a flight on wednesday at 3am, but they made me pay the money for 3days i had to pay 5594rupees only to leave on the next day i dont recommend this place.

The staff attended me very well. Clenliness was good.Wifi did not work.The location is not in prime area.otherwise i was happy in my stay.i hope that the management will rectify the wifi

Check out timing . I checked in yesterday 4.30 evening and they dint allow me to stay for 12 hours. According to them that is the rule by treebo. Additionally , they were charging me extra for the dental kit. I am the existing customer of treebo and travelled and stayed in different states of TREEBO HOTELS. Nobody charges extra for dental kit.Point no 2 While doing hotel booking I mentioned I will do late check in still they dint allowed me for 12hours stay. It's actually unethical. I am not happy of the timing structure. And due to check out issues I faced many difficulties.

Very bad Location. No good Accessories.Not a very good Air conditioner. No regulator to adjust the speed of the fan. Plastics coffee cups and tumblers. No near by shops. No Uber, Ola frequent services.

I liked the location and it was super clean. But the breakfast was awful. We were actually from Sri Lanka and we loved the indian food. But we had the most terrible breakfast at the treebo trend rithika inn. The rooms were quite comfortable. But the the toilet facilities were little poor. Other than that everything was okay. We loved it. But again the breakfast ufff??‍♀️????‍♀️
